This is the concept of bionutrition, integrating biological individuality with nutritional science to support optimal health, growth and disease prevention.  We look at how vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats, carbohydrates and other bioactive compounds are absorbed, metabolised and used for cellular and systemic function.  This allows us to guide you toward optimal health, growth and disease prevention.

Every 3-month programme includes weekly and monthly catch-up sessions  where we work together on:
