Complete a 3-day food diary using the Foodworks app and receive a detailed analysis of your average nutrient intake. 

These values are compared against the Nutrient Reference Values (NRVs) for Australia and New Zealand and presented in an easy-to-read format.  NRV values represent a set of evidence-based guidelines that outline the essential nutrient levels considered needed to support the health of individuals across different age and demographic groups.
